Window problem and clutch master cylinder
If you have full coverage insurance your windshield should be free or a $50 deductible, if you don't have full coverage insurance though I think windshields are usually between $300-$400. Your clutch master cylinder on the other hand... I have no idea, you should probably be able to find a rebuilt one though.
Perhaps you should call a windshield specialist along with a brake shop perhaps? They will be able to give you a quote specific to your area.
