Default WHAT THE????????

ok so one side of my turbo (Pic A.) is all well and good with the vac line and oil feed and the return down at the bottom... but i turn the turbo over and see this hole (seen in Pic B.) What the hell is that for... i thought i had everything.... Please help!!!

thats not a vacuum line on the one side. You have a water-cooled turbo and water lines need to be hooked up to the other sides.

Hint: Try engine coolant, like what runs through the radiator?

Anywhere you can T in a small hose into the water supply...like off the throttle body.

Use the TB or IACV coolant lines. BTW, make sure that your feedline is not making a contact on your WG.

there is a line that runs form the TB to the head tap that and you are done.

You dont necessarily NEED to run water lines. There's a few guys on here including myself that dont run water lines to the turbo (even though we have the passages on the turbo). It's not the best thing to do for the turbo, but you can leave it if you'd like. Up to you. Just make sure to let it cool down after running it hard otherwise it'll coke.
