Anyone Know How to Wire Up Hondata 2 Step? S200
well not getting any feed back from the tech/misc so i thought i would try here.
im wondering if anyone knows how to wire up the 2 step from hondata, i can get the clutch switch from autozone as it says on the Hondata site, but just wondering how u wire it up and activate it, is there anything else needed to make it work?
i believe these are the wires that go into the clutch switch and then into the blue box.

Install:
Easiest way is to take out the cruise control switch and install the switch in it's place. Plug the two red wires into the back of that switch and run it over to your blue S200 box. Plug the black connector end of that wire into the prongs that say something like launch control/2-step, etc on the S200 unit.
Setting:
To set it, go into the Hondalogger program and click the "ECU" tab (not the menu at the very top) at the top. Change the "Launch" RPM to what you want it to 2-step off of. Then set the "Shift Limiter" to what you want the RPM's to be for full throttle shifting.
i dont have cruise control, so i need a lap top to set it up? i thought u just install and press the button (as it says on the hondat video) and rev the car to desired RPM then press the brake??
oic, but there isnt any special tricks or anything? just pretty much just install the switch and wire it up to the switch and run the button and clutch switch wire to the blue box and thats pretty much it?
Correct. It's pretty easy and straight forward. It seems like there would be more to it than that, but that's all there is: install switch, wire it up (plug and play), set it, have fun.
so just install the switch in that location where you would adjust for play in the pedal? correct? just screw it in that threaded hole? not sure if u know wat i mean, i could take a quick pic, if it would help any
