After about $3000 I learn, I can get a Waivor to pass Emissions.

After Spending $3000 on parts and labor to convert my car from OBD1 to OBD2 Emissions on my 1996 GSR. I find out that I can get a waivor if the repairs are over $150. PA emissions laws sucks Cat D*@K.

not trying to promote illegal acts, but why don't you pay for a "hook-up" smog? Why wont your b16a pass? sniffer or visual?

smog=nox= hook up an egr, make sure the rest of your emissions controls works, and you should be awesome, also, if you wanna pass smog, and all you need is to pass a sniffer, put a rich tune on, nox is only a problem on the slightly lean side

In Texas, It seems to be pretty hard to get pulled over for tags. My girlfriends ENTIRE family, are riding dirty on year old tags, none of them get pulled over for it. My teg, has good reg, but no inspection sticker.... at all. Hahaha.. Never been pulled over for it, I dont know.. hah.

Wow I live in PA, I had no clue. I do know that in the poconos emissions are exempt!

Correct me if im wrong but the only time you get your car inspected is when you first register right? So after you have your car registered in MD your good to go
