when i spraypaint bumpers, fenders, moldings, other small things it always comes out decent....its only when i spray roof, hood, doors, etc when it comes out uneven and weird looking..

just take your time use the same pattern back and forth motions,,

i've heard that if you put the cans in a tub of hot water right before you spray it pressurizes it better and makes the spray more even
i'm not sure what temp but use your judgement

The lines are from spraying to close and not overlaping correctly

Right on or from holding the can parallel with your arm.

If you mean the paint is still clear in some spots, than here is what you do.
Put a light coat and let it dry. Then put another light coat and let it dry. Then one last light coat and dry. By the third coat, it should be fine.
I know a thing or two about spray paint, check signature.

well it feels even but when you look at it in the right light it looks as if there are areas that are not painted enough but they are painted with a few coats. kind of weird actually

its all about the way you spray it... dont shoot too closely to the object and youll be fine..
