Just upgraded to a larger intercooler and was wondering what tool to use to cut out my bumper opening alittle more, anyway to do this with out messing up the paint too bad?

with just a normal cutting wheel attachment? It doesn't chip the paint around the cut?

Thats what i used to cut out my grille!

 

I need something that is gonna give a clean looking cut,not all jagged

Lay down some masking tape around your cut lines if you're cutting a painted surface.

boo, I was just about to say that. Take some measurements to make sure all your cutting will be symetrical, then masking tape it, and cut.

 

I used my dremel and turned it to almost the highest speed and slowly and I mean slowly trimmed what I needed. Can't force it or the wheels will break to pieces. Took a while but I didn't chip any paint.
