Default Idle Surge Problem! I searched and still can't figure this out...

Alrite, so i have a jdm b18c spec R and i have been trying everything possible to find out the root of my idle issue, it's just basically as random as an idle could be... Sometimes idling up and down a 800-1000 gap (usually after beating on it), sometimes sitting at about 1500 and then dropping down after sitting a minute (cold or warm), sometimes doing little 'baby' surges in the 600-700 range.

Ok... now what i've tried.... I've tried spraying down looking for a vaccum leak around the intake manifold... none. I've tried burping the coolant system... no problems. Now i've heard it could be my distributor cap and rotor... but that doesn't seem to make sense considering the conditions of my idle. I also heard it might be the FITV... but does my motor have one of those?! i can't seem to find it, i must be stupid ....

any help would be appreciated!

By the way, i'm running a skunk2 ecu obd1 if that matters.
