just wondering of obx has fix there lsd problem thinking about getting one

i think i'd rather go with an oem lsd than buy anything obx... stay away. do they even care about cars?...

ght 2 obs things, and they both sucked, i didnt care for em, and everyone i know says stay away from em cause its ****, if ur gunna buy a aftermarket lsd go with quaife, but for 900$ for lsd u can buy a m2b4 trans, so if u blow one u got a backup, id go oem m2b4

they ususally have to be disassembled and then reassembled the correct way with everything torqued and then most people have not problems, like i ahve said and will say it agian in every obx thread, the obx lsd is not a shop and drop it in unit.

there is a guy here in springfield mo running the obx lsd and is putting more than 500hp to the ground and isnt having any trouble with his. It has been in for about a year and a half and seen plenty of race time. however he says its a bitch to get the passanger side axle out. him and i both just dropped the units in without taking them apart and re-torquing them

i'd stick with oem. obx is not known for quality.
