timing belt walking away

Default timing belt walking away

i was test driving my swap and the crank pulley fell off "HOLY ****" any way now the timing belt wants to walk off the cam gear. what would cause this. is it the tensioner or some thing. i'm going to start working on it tommarrow. i had to go to school after the let down

No clue buddy. Prolly the tensioner is putting uneven stress on the belt. Did you tighten it right? It should be real tight

thanks for the reply guys. i fixed it last night. i had the tensioner too tight. uesed a toque wrench to tighten it to the right specs.
