i am putting a ls motor and auto trans in my car it is a 95 eg auto dx....the top trans mount is not lining up....has anyone done this kind of swap and if so what trans mount did u use...thanks

What mounts are you using? Maybe you need to get the mounts from the integra, thats why it's not lining up.

 

i have integra mounts....

 

why not just try mix-n-matching until you find one that works??

not too many people keep the auto. most that go from auto to manual have to get a conversion bracket of cut/reweld one of the mounts...so that right there will probably tell you straight up that you've got a unique mount on the one that isnt lining up...

 

yea i have been trying to find one that will work....but havnt had any luck yet...

 

well if you do, let me know, I've been wanting to keep the auto and convert over but cant find the info on the brackets.

all the other brackets from the integra work good??

the top trans mount it the one over on the passenger frame rail??

 

yea every other mount works fine....yea its just the one on the passenger's side frame rail that doesnt line up....the studs coming out of the trans ar to close to the passenger's side....if the were an inch towards the drivers side everything would fit...

 

can anyone shine some light?
