Default p28 cel code in a EF hb

did a search on how to do a cel code check in a 1990 civic HB running a p28. All i found was that you have to jump a pin to the ground but they weren't sure which pin. dose anyone know which pin and can I ground it to anything.thanks in advance.

running a d16z6 , p28 ecu and a frog wiring harness

the "pin" or wire that you need to ground is d4 (it's the plug on the right side, top row 2nd slot from the left)
