i have Stan's oil return line kit, but after i drove the car for the first time yesterday, i noticed oil was leaking from the oil return fittings.

the hose is on good and no oil is coming from the red fittings. the oil is coming from the blue fittings that you screw onto the turbo and the oil pan tap.

is there supposed to be some kind of rubber gasket is the blue fittings where the threads are? thats where the oil is leaking from.

 

did you put teflon tape? also make sure the fittings were threaded correctly and not crossed. I know it sounds simple but I have seen it done.

yea the aluminum is soft!

also I don't trust those swivel fittings anymore, since my leaked at the swivel..
I replaced mine with a non swivel and have no issues now

 

the red arrows shows where i'm leaking oil from. i thought you weren't supposed to put teflon where the blue fitting screw onto.

 

No teflon on AN fittings. Use it on NPT and tapered threads. Teflon can cause the AN fittings to leak.

 

also on the area where you have the arrow, if it is leaking there, either it is not tight enough, or the swivel seal itself is bad,

i have basically the same lines even though i didnt get them from fast-turbo, but i dont have any leaks. ( i know that doesnt help u, but maybe this will)

take the lines off completely and see if theres oil or oil residue on the threads. if theres oil, clean them up and tighten them more when u put them on.

if not maybe the swivel seals are bad. but there can still be other factors.

 

Take advantage of the sloped threading and tighen it until it's tight.

so no gasket is needed?
