Default help!!! car won't hit boost

i have everything hooked up. my car won't hit boost at all. i have a tial wastegate and the bottom valve is hooked up to the outlet of the turbo. i have a t3 to4e turbonetics turbo 63. hot side and .60 on the cold side 57 trim. i have a d15b7. i have a long runner log manifold and everything is hooked up. this is my third turbo project and this is first time i ran into this problem. i checked all charge pipes and everthing is fine. no leaks. the only thing i can think of is the d16z6 dizzy i modified to work on my d15b7. i also have an 3" open downpipe thats cut off right before the oxygen sensor. it could possiby be running rich and the timing is off. what could be the problem? thanks alot.

maybe its your waste gate thats why you are not producing boost pressure

Edit, why did you modify a Z6 dizzy and not just get a b7? What engine management are you using? I guarantee you have a leak somewhere, whether it be wastegate, boost controller, or otherwise.

thanks guys. i was able to hit 2 pounds without the intercooler but then it cut off at rev limit. the turbo i have is to big for my car. its actually a t4(im stupid). oh well. so it took so long to fill up the intercooler and create charge so before it would even hit a pound it will hit rev limit and prevent me from boosting.

raise the rev limit to 7K and see how much boost you can make. Is it really a t4, those are huge and I would think you would have noticed.
