Default Bad radiator?

I have just got my car back together after the rebuild yesterday and I am experiencing some weird cooling issues. The top and bottom hoses warm up like they are suppose to, but only the side where the top and bottom hoses connect to the radiator get hot (pass side endtank) The end tank where the fillerneck is will never see any heat at all.
The sytem has been bleed countless times with still no success. When the temp gauge does start to rise past midway we shut the car off and releaved the pressure by removing the cap. When we did that we noticed that the coolant was still cold . Basically it just seems like the coolant wont flow from the pass side of the radiator to the driverside. Any ideas?

Well I pretty sure the thermo would still be good because both hoses are hot. I am starting to think it is definatly the radiator, which sucks because it is a griffin
