I have a 6th gen Accord (2000). I think(hope) I blew out a fuse when I trying to put in an aftermarket radio. DOes anyone know where the fuse might be? I check both fuse locations, one underhood and one by the driver's side... I couldn't figure out which one. Please help.

 

just check all the fuses..replace any blown ones...

 

if u think u blew the fuse for the aftermarket radio, u might want to check the back of the radio...

 

It should be in the cabin fuse box, and labeled <U>RADIO CIGARETTE LIGHTER</U>
also the fuse should be a 20 amp.

And from now on unplug your battery before doing anything. It is stupid and annoying but stated before any installation instructions for a reason.

 

also chk the passenger fuse box..

there are 3 fuse boxes ,, drivers. underhood and passanger side

thanks for all the great advice. I didn't realize there's a fuse box by the passenger side... lol.
