Is a t4 unreasonable for daily driving or would it be fine with low boost and taken care of??

T4 on a B18B will take a good long time to spool... I'm thinking maybe 4500-5000 rpm before you see decent boost. Max power will be good but drivability not so much.

not to mention by the time you see decent boost on a b18b, its time to upshift...

depends on alot more things than just, its a T4. the P trim isnt a very aggressive turbine wheel. What compressor are you running.
