is this a swap or factory vtec motor??????

if swap check your connections to the ecu and to the motor . check the pins are correct.

check your OIL level in the thing might be like a quart low.

had this prob before and it was low on oil if that helps

its an 01 gsr with a ctr tranny in a 95 del sol. i swapped it about a week ago and it ran fine until the track. once i launched to warm up my tires it stopped working evrytime the car jerked or bounced. but it still works when i drive normally.
my oil is fine.
was stock b16 so connections r all fine.
could it be that we extended a sensor even though the connection looks fine?
