I just finish putting my turbo kit and im running Chippped P28 ECU and FMU, stock injector, stock Spack plugs ...
Is A GSR Motor, Is running on 9psi...

Problem : once im in 9psi for like 2sec the car start to break out it Back fire nasty, and it trows a cloud of black smoke...
.
Is not on open boost cus the Gauge says 9si and it stays there...
But it feels like i was,

Whats Wrong with my car how do I fix This

No is not tunned. but i seen a lot of people running FMU's and their car dont break out like if they were about to blow...

Need HelP

 

I would say get the car tuned 1st.

But since you are probably not going to do that you may need to change your spark plugs.

You will need to run a few step colder NGK -7 or colder Spark plug and adjust the gap. You should run the normal heat range plug and close the gap on them a little.

that and will it work with the fmu?
are you hitting boost cut? there are a lot of things it could be.

 

Is a little Spoon Chip,
the ECU is chipped for like Stock like VTec at 4600 and Red line at 9200..
But not For Boost..

Now the FMU Should Be working My last car i had the FMU and it was Fine it didnt do this Gay Shyt.

It stops at 9psi at like 2 to 3sec on being at 9psi thats when It starts To Brack Out Really Bad like the motor is going to blow....

Could It be the Spack Plugs I have NGK Irridium 11

So your saying your chip is a spoon chip with a stock program??/ B/c most of those chips have the fuel extremely rich and all kinds of timing advance b/c they are mean to be run on a N/A car. Between the chip and the FMU im sure your injectors are maxed out and your dumpng way to much fuel. Get uberdata and tuned ASAP

a spoon chip probably has a good bit of timming in it. and the fmu definately isnt helping at all. it is like putting a bandaid over a compound fracture.

loose the chip, loose the fmu, get a good set of injectors, and get some good e.m.s. or get 99lspwr to tune what you have.

The MAP sensor is seeing positive pressure and you need a missing link/ check valves to make the FMU setup work "correctly". Although, as a tuner I highly reccomend against the FMU/Missing link setup if you're going to run it at lest get a BTM and save your motor. Oh yeah, and ditch the "Spoon chip" for an OE program/ECU. I can burn you one if needed. Good luck. Look into some other engine managment when you get a chance. It'll only take one engine failure to change your mind but, I'm trying to help before you learn the hard way

damn phil, how did i forget that. i assumed with a chipped ecu it was configured for boost. me

Got Good news I fix the problem I go Some NGK's 7's and the car is running perfect...
Well preaty good for not being tunned And with a wack Chip And A FMU...

its gunna blow if you run an fmu and a spoon chip, i bet it advances the crap outta the timing and it will cause detonation and melt something...
