Default good head for my gsr

I have a 96 gsr and im looking to get a decent header. Im looking to only spend about 3 to 400 bucks. What do you think I can get thats the best bang for the buck. I dont mind spending alittle more if its worth it you know. Oh ya I have the buddy club pro spec full exhaust with an omni power test pipe i'll be running it with.

Pro-fab makes very good headers and a good price

they go used for around $500 and make good power, I have seen quite a few good dyno graphs with them

JDM or USDM ITR header. They say either of those do the best for GSR's. They did tests on several different headers in either Honda Tuning or Turbo Magazine....can't remember. But the outcome was the USDM ITR header. It made the most power. But those are best IMO.....besides Spoon and Toda!!!

just dont go with DC they are horrible for hondas they just have a popular name because they work good on cars with more displacement and have better designs for other cars but it comes to hondas they suck... comptec is good so is the itr 4-1
