550cc injectors....and hondat 2b.....which fuel pump do you run with this?

i just got the gss317, and i think you are suppose to use gss342 which is high pressure. Let me know which one I am suppose to use. Thanks

how come ben at importparts told me that the airtex fuel pump with the drag 3 kit will be sufficient?????????

The inline is fine, but the inline is only used to protect your from the high fuel pressures of the fmu. With hondata, you shouldnt have to run extremely high fuel pressures. The intank isnt a must, but its just it makes the engine bay look so much better.

i got the walbro gss317 from http://www.autoperformanceengineering.com -- it was like $95 or $100 shipped

 

I think with the fuel pressures you'll see with the Hondata, the GSS317 or the GSS342 will work fine. I would be concerned about using the GSS317 though with a FMU setup because of the super-high fuel pressures.

holley / walbro 12-916 0r 906 is enough both pump 255lph at 43.5psig

 

you don't need to run the high pressure pump for hte hondata or any stand alone like you would with an fmu set-up.

hondata claims some of the stock oem fuel pumps can handle close to 350whp.
but obviously no one ever tries.

 

you might be able to get 350whp with bigger injectors; with 440ccs my pumped was MAXED OUT at 240whp.
