How to wire resistors?
Can I use Crimp connectors to connect these resistors?

WTF?? If you know how to solder, then soldering resistors is no problem. But if you have no idea what you're doing and you heat the resistor for like 5 mins, then yes, you will change the value.
Using those connectors is fine also.

If thats the way you have learned than Ok. I just don't solder resistors jack....

Please don't ever say "twist and tape" in a positive way again. You might as well tell people to keep using duct tape to insulate their twist and tape wiring.
Solder them. We're required to. I always have an have never known of any problems. I always splint it against something too, even if it's a straight zip tie.

Although a crimp can be pretty good, [when done right] it will never be as good as a solder connection, and soldering properly is not that hard, and as 02 accord said it would take a lot of heat a long time to do any damage, I also agree with most of the above posts, twisting together and taping is not a good way to do things, no matter if its wires or resistors.
If you do not have a soldering gun/pencil, you can pick up a 30W at RadioShack for under $8, it is all you need for small wiring... http://www.radioshack.com/prod...36&cp
Under $36 will get you a Weller 100W/140W gun, will cover most soldering in a car... http://www.radioshack.com/prod...36&cp either one will get a lot of use if you are going to work on your cars electrical yourself.

PS, what are you using the resistors for?
