Say ive got 5,000 dollars on me. Should i buy an ITR engine swap for 5000 and not be able to do engine work or buy a GSR for 3000 and build it up with the extra money?

My friend said to go with the GSR, but i dont kno much about how to make an engine put out more torque and h/p.

Itr has more compression, better cams, and the best tranny.
