GS-R Sedan or ITR Engine Swap in a GS Sedan?
They are both around the same price when i first thought of a nice sleeper, now the problem is which one would be better to get since both will be around the same 11K to 13K so which one would you guys chose?

With the little information you gave, I would choose ITR in a GS sedan as long as you are using the ITR tranny.
