What's the difference between the GSR and ITR Engine?

What's the difference between the GSR and ITR Engine?
What makes the ITR engine have the extra 25 more horsepower compared to the GSR engine. Is it a cam? Is it higher compression? Is it both, or something else? It could be a whole combination of things. Cause im thinking that it could be cheaper to just buy the GSR and put some cams in it and a few other things to make it have just as much horsepower. I wanna put the GSR engine in my civic. If you have some answers please post.

Its more than just a few things that separate a gsr swap from an itr. Crank,pistons,cams,head,IM,ecu, tranny are a few things I can think off right now

Man, thanks guys. To me it looks like you'll be spending the same amount of money to make the gsr just like the ITR. I guess the ITR would be a better idea, i got the money, so do you think I'm better off buying the ITR, or buying the GSR and fixing that up?
