Im planing run high comp + turbo and I need a guideline for proper camshaft seleccion

there is deff nothin wrong with doing so. guy in town runs a civic possibly lsvtec with 13.5 compression and a sc-61 turbo on 22lbs of boost. ran well for the past year and a half...oh ya its his daily driver too. you just have to be able to get rid of all the heat that will produce. and your going to need a damn good tuner too. this guy puts 93 in it for daily but cant get on it because of the high compression...he really needs race gas to get on it

If you have a B-series motor you will want stock ITR/CTR or GSR cams. There are plenty of people making 600+ whp with these cams.

...that sounds about right. 00-01 ITR/CTR.

I want to run d16y7 non vtec turbo with flat top piston for a 10.9 CR and 15-20 psi of boost

Non-vtec d-series huh? Well in that case I would listen to Bisi and call Web camshafts. He defintely knows what he is talking about.
