Ok this is pissing me off. Put a used jdm b16 fr0om hmotors in a 2000 civic si. Crank pulley, and oil pump are dead on their correct marks, cam gears point exact at tdc, dizzy points to cyl #1. I have spark, have checked it many times, and I have plenty of fuel. Im also getting fuel fine. All grounds are good, resandes and tightened(tranny, ecu-therm. housing, and valve cover) SHE STILL WONT START!!! it turns over fine, but still wont start. I havnt checked the compression, and my only guess would be carbon build up from the motor sitting would cause the valves to stay open so i have no compression. Anyone have any ideas? It would really help.

The motro was obd-1, but i used the dizzy, injectors, alternator, tps and map, and complete manifold from the 00 si motor. I also changed the oil pump/housing to install the crank fluc. sensor. Everything was done clean and legit, and I have done many swaps here at my shop. I sure hope someone knows some miracle idea

dumped some atf in the cylinders, cranked the bitch with no plugs for a while, put the plugs in, she started right up!!
