Default d15b JDM problem install? PLease help quick

Old motor was d15b7, blew head gasket and so i bought a d15b (jdm). install went pretty smooth, d15b had an extra sensor so i swapped throttle bodies off my old one, no biggie, problem is , motor cranks but wont start, i put oil on cylinders and cranked it without sparkplugs, then put them on, checked all sensors and firing order is correct, all grounds are good, vehicle has gas, also fuel pump whirrs when u turn key one notch, what could be the problem ?

key points- motor is getting fuel, getting spark... wtf?

so either bad motor or something small?

did you remove your tps sensor?
if so did you properly set it's voltage when you put it back in?

if not that is definetely why it's not starting.
otherwise check ur dist. timing. and/or cam/crank timing(though I dunno why cam/crank timing would be off..)

you can check if the motor is good or bad by a leakdown and compression test. you should check timing and if your injectors are firing.
