Varying pedal engagement height is a problem with single diaphragm cerametallic clutch disks as temperatures vary with use.

However, this can be made worse by old clutch fluid (needs to be flushed + bled yearly, just like brake fluid), and a number of other small ****. You hear any squeaks or the like? Do you remember what the clutch form looked like when you put the clutch in - was it worn?

i hook apart the slave cyl. and cleaned it up and bled the clutch again. It seems to be better when I shift, but it seems to activates very early. i dont think it should be this way, but maybe this 6 puck clutch acts this way onces its broken in.
