Okay, so here is my situation. I have a EM1 with a JDM B16A first gen swap. When its cold my car operate just fine. But after driving it for awhile i notice alot of problems. AFter about 20 mins of drivng. My 3rd and 5th gear would grinds. My clutch to gas engagment is shaky. And when i stop a stop like and leave my car on idle i can hear my valve clicking like CRAZY like a machine gun or something. So, whats the problem? Why would the problem shows after my engine is warm? But when its cold it operate fine

i would check valve lash, as for the clutch, maybe check you fluid levels, sounds weird
