93 DB2 ITR swap
i was wondering what all would go into swapping a b18c itr into my 93 db2. I want to keep my ys1 tranny for the time being. Im not completely sure how i put the obd2 motor into my obd1 car can someone clear this up for me.
your trans will bolt up to the itr motor.. so that is solved.. next you will need obd1 injectors.. aka you have some in ur motor out of ur car already.. next you will need a vtec obd1 dizzy... then you will need to use ur stock harness from the old motor and make a few sensor plugs longer to fit.. you will also need to swap out the post mount on the driverside off the motor to the one that was on the motor in ur car originally.. then you will need an ecu to suport the new motor...
u just have to convert from obd2 to obd1. use your obd1 distributor off of your b17. and just have to change a few wires to some sensors if that..
not hard at all.. easy swap
not hard at all.. easy swap

actually a obd2 harness plugs into a obd1 harness all your going to need is a conversion harness to run the obd2 ecu
