I know the scan sucks... here's the vitals
106.7 HP at 5693 RPM. It made 122.2 lb-ft at 3689
This is w/ a GT28R at 6 lbs..... We know something's not right.
The following have been ruled out...
Boost leak
Vac leak
heat soak
tuning (it just got tuned)
inlet restriction (only gains .8 HP w/o filter)
bad plugs (pulled on the dyno)
No CELs

Theory at the moment is that because the car was running rich during the week between installing and tuning (baseline AF when we started was in the 9's). The Cat fused. Anyone want to buy this? or should I be looking for a bigger issue.
The car makes and holds boost from 2400 to redline.

Comp/leakdown hasn't been checked. It makes no funny noises, oil and water are both clean, catch can is dry. Shop said it sounded fine and ran well without any signs of issue.

I will... but the thing is that the torque plot is the same as what the car feels like, it takes off, but then just gives up. I'm going to check the manual for the VTEC solenoid test too. Make sure its crossing over, and pull the cat off to have a look.
