I'm running 2 1/2" mandrel bent from the collector back. I'm also using a cat. It was more than enough for my previous M45 based setup. I'm thinking about moving up to 3" now that I'm upgrading to a bigger blower.

It all depends on the boost level in my opinion. I fyour runnin somewhat low boost as in 5-12 psi you should be good with a 2 1/4 or 2.5 inch exhaust.. A 2.5 should acutally be sufficent for even up to 15 any more abnd I'd go with 3.. But thats just my opinion

Depends on what kinda SC and efficiency at the boost level you're running.
I'd take 2.5" or bigger.

2.5" is plenty big for a JRSC....if you're making like 350+whp w/ it, then i'd consider upgrading to 3"
