do all the usual and check if you have spark in every wire.when i installed a turbo for a friends project car. during the proces of hooking up the BOV wiring. i accidently disconected a plug on the distribuitor.i cant remember witch one.i supposed i hit it with my elbow or sumtin.also make sure that your turbo is spining .if it smells like a flooded angine (a unburnt gasoline smell on the engine)
then is most likely an electrical problem since you know your pump is pumping good ect.i hope i was of any help.
