NEED ANANSWER BEFORE I GO TURBO

ON A 99 CIVIC SI WILL I HAVE TO REMOVE MY FOGLIGHTS IF I USE 2 1/2" INTERCOOLER PIPING. OR WILL I JUST CLEAR IT.

No reason you couldn't route the piping around your fog lights. Get your piping out and take a look to see if it will clear, if not make them clear or just take the fog lights out. It's not rocket science.

all i know is fog lights wouldnt keep me from going turbo.

it depends on where your inlet/outlets are located when you mount the i/c...

there was a thread not too long ago about this. some people posted how they routed their piping/mounted their intercooler.

just route the piping around the fog lights.
