Default intake air bypass ???/

i ahve a gsr swap in my hacth with no check engine lights but is runs really sluggish i dont have the iab hooked up since there is no pinout going to the ecu has anyone know how the iab eefects the performance and did everyone have to run these wires to the ecu on a 92-95 eg hatch lmk

Sounds like the IAB's are stuck open..That would cause the lowend sluggishness..And without a way to control them they will stap open ..If you are using he p72 gsr ecu then hook up the IAB's..The black and yellow wire gets hooked to a 12v + switched...And and the pink and blue wire gets pinned into A17 at the ecu clip..

Correct me if Im wrong..

ok but will te car run really sluggish when my vtec kicks in doesnt pull for anything and the more runs really slow will the secondary flies make it run so slow not being hooked up

check your timing. my iabs arre stuck open to i just hooked up the vaccum, someone told me theyl still work that way but not the way there suppose to

For anyone reading this that has an obd2 p72... the ecu sends a 12v+ signal rather than ground.

not to thread jack but what cars can i get the iab solenoid form? did f22 preludes have them? i know gsr but i cant find one. i need one for my h22.
