I recently put a 97 GSR motor in my 94 ex. Its not pulling hard past 7300rpm sounds like its floating the valves or something. I used a p30 ecu and ran the knock sensor wire and switched the A20 wire to A17 on the ecu and put 12v key power to the IAB. I put new NGK's, cap,rotor,and wires. Any other suggestions

you are running your butterflies off the 12v power?

dont be that ghetto, wire it correctly.

you need a p72 ecu in oder for your IABs to work

since you put a 12v source to your iab's
and you dont have the correct ecu to run it.

your iab's are probably not opening up at the right rpm.
effecting performance.
