Tuning Question
Alright i know im gonna make some people mad by asking this but anyways my question is if i have a jdm b16 with i/h/e , and a skunk2 intake manifold, whats wrong with just tuning it with a vafc. Everybody on here hates them, but my point is if you have small bolt ons that really dont make alot of power, is it any good to pick up a vafc over something more accurate such as a hondata system. To me, it seems like hondata is great for tuning more built motors and not so built ones too, like mine, but its seems like for what i have a vafc would work great but what do you honda experts think out there becuase im bye far not one.
either way you are gonna pay the rate to get it tuned. why not just get a system that is better and will get a finer tune. then in the long run you will have it when you start building up your motor
The AFC is not really a good tuning tool ..On cars with maf systems the AFC can be great..I see +400whp dsms all over NJ using them
And no one says you have to get the overpriced hondata..Look into uberdata or crome..Both are free software..
