Just to be on the safe side try using water and water wetter instead of coolant/ water mix and wire your rad fan to run constantly. I had a problem with overheating when I installed the turbo this helped a great deal.

Heres what you do. Unplug the Engine Coolant Temperature Switch from the thermostat housing and take the plug and put a wire between the 2 slots. This will run the fan constantly whenever the key is on.
I'll take some pics later to clear up anything that wasn't understood.

Have you checked your radiator hoses to make sure they're not clogged which is making the water not flow right? I took mine to my local radiator and exhaust shop and got my hoses changed they checked the pressure, flushed out the radiator and they also welded it for no leaks I got charged like 50 bucks though...

Hey! try checking how your fan is hooked up, because I had mines hooked up backwards and instead of pulling in the air it pushed the air out and that caused my over heating problem, not enough air flow.
Put your hand behind the fan to feel it.
