Can bad alignment make a car dog track?
I have a 93 Del Sol, and had recently posted a question about this, but it didnt occur to me, the alightment is all messed up, and I was wondering if this could also cause dogtracking? My steering wheel is sideways when i drive, and very loose, although the tie rods dont appear to be bad. Ill find out more when I bring it to school tuesday, I go to UTI!! Awesom school!!
Thanks.
Thanks.
Dogtracking, when the *** of the car seems to be going to the side when your driving in a straight line... No, I go to UTI in Norwood, MA
ummm... UTI...
anyway, most of the time with dog tracking, there is something bent. like the frame or something. its more common in rear wheel drive like trucks etc, but with those, its usually an easy fix.
get an alignment done, do an alignment, whatever, and then see if it still feels like its dog tracking.

Im not bragging, but if thats how you want to take it, then hats off to you. And Im in undercarriage class now, and will get it aligned tomorrow, you should have read what i first wrote originally before you started assuming. And of course I know a fucked up alignment can cause ur steering wheel to be sidelways, and loose, my question was about the dog tracking...
