I was driving and my prelude threw a check engine light and the atts light came on... I checked the MIL codes and it was a 7... Which is the code for the Throttle Control/Position Sensor... Now what does that mean???? Whats wrong with my car???? It drives fine there is no noticeable difference in throttle response... What is wrong someone please help...

 

Ok Correction it was 7 long lights... So its a cat failure i guess... What should i do to check exactly whats wrong?

 

If it is a cat failure can that do any major damage to my car if i dont get it fixed right away? and another thing that might help figure out the problem.. whenever i REALLY get on the throttle i get this fuel smell in the car that i never had before...
Someone help please...
