Using a mustang TB with hondata s300
I am planing on using a 75mm mustang trottle body on my new setup. I was also planing on using s300 to tune but i do not see any adjutment for TPS anywere. I am told that guys running the mustang TBs are keeping the ford TPS. anyone have any information on how this is possable?
Thanks
Thanks
I would like to know too.........my girlfriends father is giving me his mustang throttle body when he upgrades this summer. By the way I believe the throttle bodies are offered in 65mm, and 70mm from Ford, am I wrong? 75mm is an aftermarket size for the domestic communtiy.

mustang tps will not work with hondata or any stock honda ecu
you cant alter the tps values. it has to be a full standalone. or you can ghettofab the honda tps onto the mustang tb

There's actually a Crome plugin that lets you use non-Honda TPS sensors. Right now, it is only included as part of ITB-Tools, but I could very easily break it out to be compatible with the boost stuff too. This won't help S300 users but... it's trivial to do.

Bingo. Went through this mess myself.

You mentioned the EMS, if you do go with that it just took a few seconds to set up my 75mm Mustang TB with my EMS. I just held it open, told the EMS this was the WOT value, then let it close and told the EMS this was the closed value.
