hey guys me and my friend are gona try and turbo his D15 civic eg.
he says that its a japanese motor, but anyways we found this kit for only $1000 CAN

so this is wat it comes with, one thing im not sure about is the computer, is he gona have to get a p28 and chip it or something, sorry im not into turbo, im an NA guy,
and how often could he like push the car for like 2 gears so that the engine doesnt blow, since its a totally stock internal?

i will also check in the FAQ

youll be able to run safely on about 4-5lbs on a non vtec but i wouldnt run anything over that because i belive (may be wrong) the compression ratios are a little higher on sohc non vtec engines but you might be able to run more with a decent tune

looks like a pretty decent kit, turbonetics maybe? that is def a tubonetics wastegate. mani kinda looks like revhard but could be turbnetics i guess

as far as the ecu and stuff, your best bet it to get a chipped ecu, bigger injectors, and something like uberdata or crome to tune with. p06 for non-vtec, p28 for vtec.

last time i checked, it was a t03/t04 50 trim turbonetics turbo. they are an authorized turbonetics and spearco dealer, but i haven't really heard anything good or bad about their kits. i bought some silicone couplers from them a while back but that was about it.
