Idle Sounds loud/tapping

Lately the idle has sounded very different. Its alot louder and is tapping. The valves were adjusted about 2months ago. Any ideas ?

I doubt it. I checked my oil about a week ago it was full. I havent hit vtec that much or seen a huge leak anywhere.

Not the oil part but maybe the cam journals

check the timimg blet and make sur eit hasn't skipped a tooth, that would cause the valve timing to be thrown off and make the valves tap and idle funny.
