need help finding correct cd player......
Ok, so I'm in desperate need of a cd player for my 1994 Integra LS (my sony is old and screwing up). I am looking for a stock Integra cd player. I thought I could use any '94-01 cd player but after searching around I am getting mixed results. Some say any year will plug right in and mount/bolt right up and others say that you have to cut and rewire the harness and or drill new holes to mount it for certain years. Anybody know for sure what years of acura or honda cd players I can use for my '94 Integra LS that will plug right in the harness and bolt up correctly?
Cliffs: What year/model oem cd players can I plug right in and bolt right up to my '94 Integra LS?
*any help would be greatly appreciated...and as stated above, I already searched*

I dont see how any wouldnt fit considering they are all single din head units, unless the tray part is smaller in the older tegs than the newer ones..
I could be wrong, but I am not sure 94 Integras were available with an in-dash CD player. I thought that the 94 model Integras had a cassette deck, and an optional trunk mounted CD changer. With that said, I think any CD palyer from an Integra will work.

actually you may know this but theres not really a point of having the code..All you have to do is call your local Acura parts department and read them the serial # from the back and they give you a code no questions asked

The wiring harnesses changed between 1996 and 1997, so you will want to find a cd player from a 1994-1996 Integra, if you don't want to change harnesses. Of course, if you are comfortable with cutting the wires and using electrical tape or fasteners to splice wires together, you can follow the diagrams in this link (or you could get an adapter to convert it to the newer style as well).
