Default cx swap

hey guys im lookin to buy a 92-95 cx and put my d16z6 in it out of my ex (that is toteled do to people not stop at red lights...( is this going to be a plug and play swap or do i have to wire anything in

i kno ul have to wire it for vtec..so take the ex wire harness with the motor as well

This is true.
Unless its a '92. Then the main harness is pre-wired for vtec.
Otherwise you will need to run two wires for the passenger strut tower into the ecu plugs.

all you have to run is 3 wires. 1 ground and 2 to the ECU. its really easy. good luck

i dont think the CX motor has a knock sensor. but im not too sure.

if i use the ex engine harness do i need to run the ground or just the solinoid and pressure switch+

i already pullled the wires out of my ex that run to the ecu but i only pulled two not the ground
