Default Helper spring on 18g wastegate actuator

After installing an mbc and turning up the boost a few pounds, I found that the spring in the actuator isn't strong enough to hold boost at 10 psi. So, I added a couple throttle return springs to help hold the internal wastgate closed. The springs help, but they aren't consistent. (I would post the pics, but I don't have them hosted yet) So, I was wondering why I couldn't just get a different actuator that contains a spring with a higher pressure rating. The stock one on the 18g Greddy kit is a 7.8lb spring and I want to maintain 9.5 to 10lbs of boost. So, couldn't I just find an actuator that has a 9.5 to 10lb spring and mount it in place of the factory actuator?

I messed around with that piece of *** for a few years then I got fed up and welded a external to the greddy mani. Holds boost rock solid!
