Default Catch can filling up with water??

My catch can is filling up with water. just seeing if its good or bad.
its a modified ebay one. 2 ports in and down filling with steel wool, one from back of block and one from valve cover. and its vented through a breather.

its normal especially if you live in colder climates. the warm vapours from the crank case will blow into the cold catch can/container and cause moisture/condensation.....
