If this has been covered, someone please send me a link, i did not know how to search for this.

But here is my problem. I'm running hondata s300 on a converted p06. Using the type r map that comes with the s300 program (no time to prof tune it yet) the car runs very well fall the way up to 7000rpms, then from there till 8k rpms it slowes down a lot, revs take forever to get up to redline (8k). Is this a problem with the ecu by any chance or my motor? If ya'll need any more info, let me know. Thanks for the help.
