Default car is running rough

I am having a problem with my car. I have a 94 accord 5 speed w/ the f22b2 that idles really rough and will sometimes stall out when setting still. I just changed the plugs, wires, cap and rotor button. I dont know what to try now. Does anyone have any ideas? Please help

the car idles around 1250 rpm's and it idles rough . It sounds as if it is misfiring but I dont have a compression tester and I just did a tune up

I did the tune-up thinking that was the problem but apparently not. As far as the timing being off Im not sure that is it either because it was idling around 450 to 500 RPM's and now its between 1250 and 1400 RPm's. it is also running a little rich. I know a little about cars but this is way over my head.
