Sqeaking sound on left wheel when gear is engaged.

Sqeaking sound on left wheel when gear is engaged.
I know this problem is not the brakes, I just had it checked and they are new pads. When I drove the civic lx today, I found out that the squeaking noise dissapears when I put the car in neutral and coast down the street. The sound comes right back when I put the car back in gear. Any tips would be appriciated. Thanks in advance!
